Quiet and perfect location just off a vaporetto stop, the garden, which was n't so special and restaurants in Venice in a residential area. Nearby Trattoria Bar Pontini - great place to chill out. Our experience here was lovely. Stayed for 3 nights in this quiet and straightforward place, enjoyed that. The room was neat and updated with extra pillows, kettle, for instance, had a good night's sleep. A shower, a hairdryer and a bidet were available there. The venue was set in the central position just off Venice, garden and animals, and vaporetto.

So glad we choose it, it's ideal base for staying in Venice. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including cookies, yoghourt, coffee and cereal. The staff are always helpful.
